Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase.

• The product must be in unused and undamaged condition with its original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.

• Returns will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned product. 

• Some products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, such as products with approaching expiration dates or personalised items.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the return.

• Customised or engraved jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• For custom-made products or black label items, the return policy is the same as the refund policy, and the procedure is identical. Please note that returns for these items are not accepted for simple change of mind, and returns are not possible for items with defects or without valid reasons.

•  For items other than custom-made products or black label items, returns are accepted for simple change of mind. However, all returned items must be in the same condition as when received, and returns are not possible for items with defects.
