Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.

• Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

• If you received the item as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

• Certain items, such as custom-made products or black label items, are non-refundable. However, if you wish to return them after receiving the product, the same procedure applies. Please note that refunds for these items are only possible in cases of defects or valid reasons, and refunds for simple change of mind are not accepted.

• For items other than custom-made products or black label items, refunds are possible for simple change of mind. However, all returned items must be in the same condition as when received, and refunds are not possible for items with defects or without valid reasons..
